  2. Do not spit or rinse your mouth even if an unpleasant taste of blood persists.
  3. You should only take antibiotics if they are prescribed for you.
  4. You will need to take painkillers before the effect of the anesthesia wears out, according to the instructions given to you at the dental office.
  5. Do not smoke for the rest of the day.
  6. You should start oral hygiene (brushing & mouthwash rinse) the day after the procedure.
  7. On the same day, you should eat soft and cold food (yogurt, ice cream). On the following day you can eat soft foods (pasta, rice, soup), avoiding to chew on the side of the surgery.
